INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour, Dry yeast, Sugar, Salt, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Fungal Enzymes – Min.Protein : %7,0 – Max.Moisture : %14,5 – Max. Ash (ODBM) : %3,5
MATERIALS 500 g Doughnut mix (1 package) + 250 g Boiling water (100 0C) + 250 g Water kept at room temperature (21 0C).
RECEIPE Mix the water at two different temperatures and gently pour over the doughnut mix until it is thick. When the dough reaches a sufficient consistency, cover and let stand at room temperature for 50 minutes. Start using the dough to make the doughnut at the end of the time.
